Welcome to Barau Common Facility Center (BCFC)

Barau Common Facility Center (BCFC) is a strategic initiative aimed at formalizing the informal businesses into organize formal sector , empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and training youths various in-demand skills such as,IT, Agribusiness , Renewable Energy ,Artisanship etc in Kano State. By fostering partnerships with government agencies, development organizations, NGOs, and educational institutions, the BCFC will provide comprehensive support to MSMEs and startups. Key partners include the BOI, SMEDAN, FIIRO,USAID, USADF, GIZ, IITA, World Bank, AFDB,ISDB and UNIDO. Additionally, educational institutions such as Dangote Business School at Bayero University, Kano (BUK) will play a crucial role in delivering specialized training programs. Together, these collaborations will provide training, capacity building, and access to funding opportunities for MSMEs and startups, driving economic growth and development in Kano State
